PERSONAL TRAINING PODS
(Max. 4 People)

Personal Training pods are not group classes. They’re personal training sessions, in a group of 4. You get all the benefits of a personal training session, but are surrounded by 3 other like minded individuals.  

This membership also includes individualized nutritional support from our expert nutritionist Mel. All at less than half the price of 1 on 1 personal training (hence why it’s so popular!).

NUTRITION COACHING

For most people, having an individualized nutrition plan is the missing link. 

 

Whether you’re trying to lose weight, going through menopause, wanting to build muscle, or just trying to be healthy and gain energy - Nutrition is the key.

 

Nutrition coaching is included in our Personal Training Pod membership, or you can book in with Mel for nutrition only.

1 ON 1
PERSONAL TRAINING

1 on 1 is our premium service. From helping members of our Pride lose weight, tone up, gain confidence, or being a stepping stone to working out alone, you can not beat having a world class coach give you their undivided attention in a 1 on 1 personal training session.

2 ON 1
PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you introverted? So are we. Sometimes 1 on 1 can be intimidating, especially if you're shy. So bring a friend! Often people come in as a 2 on 1 for their first session, then migrate towards 1 on 1 once they’re more comfortable.
